Connecting to Database in SQL Developer

Step 1: Click on + sign on left corner under Connections as shown below in red box.

Step 2: Enter database details provided to you as below. Check Save password  if you don't like to enter password every time.

            You can click on Test Button connection to test if everything is fine before actually connecting to Database.

            If everything is fine you can connect to Database by clicking on Connect Button.

Step 3: You can save the connection details by clicking on Save Button. Once you save ,it will show the Connection Details under Connection Menu.
